1、认真做好来访人员登记工作，并填写会客单。来访本校教职员工请与被访者电话联系，确认后，来访人员戴好“访客证”与会客单，由保安陪同进校。
2、上级部门或有关单位来校检查、联系工作，门卫应认真验看其工作证，做好登记，并与相关部门或行政值班人员联系。
3、严格把守校门，拒绝一切外来推销人员进入校内。
4、教师不得带外来人员进校，会客一般安排在门卫或校门口。
5、家长如遇特殊情况中途接孩子，必须与班主任取得联系确认，由保安陪同进园领孩子。

金宝贝幼儿园安全工作总结
《幼儿园教育指导纲要》明确指出：“幼儿园必须把保护幼儿的生命和促进幼儿的健康放在工作的首位。”“要为幼儿提供健康、丰富的学习和生活活动，满足幼儿各方面发展的需要；要让幼儿知道必要的安全保健知识，学习保护自己。”可见安全工作的重要性。为了使幼儿身心得到更好的发展，确保幼儿的安全，使幼儿形成初步的安全意识，依据本班幼儿的年龄特点和实际情况，在上学期伊始本班便制订了切实可行的安全工作计划，对幼儿实施系统的安全教育。现将一年来的工作总结如下：
一、为幼儿创设安全、健康的教育环境
（一）坚持每天晨检，保证幼儿不带危险物品入园，如发现情况及时处理，并教育幼儿，并与其家长沟通。
（二）平时注意预防烫伤幼儿。把开水、汤等晾温后再提供给幼儿，并提醒幼儿随时注意别烫着。
（三）坚持每天午检，防止幼儿带异物入寝室，防止异物进入耳、鼻、口的现象发生。中午值班，加倍照看好幼儿，不忽视午休的幼儿，尤其是服药幼儿和体弱幼儿。巡视幼儿是否有不良的睡眠习惯、是否生病等等，并及时给予妥善处理。
（四）把好幼儿离园关，孩子在幼儿园一天，下午离园时候组织幼儿安静的集体活动，如看书、听故事、玩桌面玩具等。看证放人，不认识的人即使有接送证，也要问清情况或者是与孩子父母取得联系确认无误后再放人。防止幼儿走失和拐骗幼儿现象发生。
（五）严格执行卫生安全消毒制度，保证教室每天开窗通风、保持干净；保证桌椅的安全、卫生；定期消毒玩具；保证幼儿的水杯和毛巾每天清洗消毒；保证寝室干净、并按时消毒，利用太阳无尽的能量，在天气好的时候晾晒被褥，及时预防传染病的发生。严格填写消毒记录，及时清点人数和物品。
（六）户外活动时，认真检查活动场地的安全性，及时排除不安全因素，确保幼儿安全，如发现大型玩具有松了的螺丝钉，报告主管领导，做到及时消灭不安全的隐患，保障幼儿安全。
（七）教师离园时在班内各处检查，如：水、电、门、窗；晚接的孩子和值班老师做好交接，并交代其幼儿情况。
二、加强安全教育、提高安全意识
注重安全教育在一日活动中的重要性，培养幼儿良好的活动常规、自身安全和自我保护，以避开危险、避免自身伤害。安全，就是要有良好的秩序，良好秩序的形成则来源于幼儿一日生活行为规范的培养，我们严格要求幼儿，从一点一滴开始努力，培养幼儿的自我保护能力，加强防范意识，让幼儿在有安全意识的基础上，时时提醒自己或他人注意安全。幼儿在园一天需要站队不少于十次，我们希望做到井然有序，对幼儿提出要求，并利用小红花奖励。
（一）教育幼儿自觉的排队洗手、喝水、小便等。
（二）为确保上下楼的安全，教育幼儿做到不推拉、不跳台阶。一级一级慢慢上下，不推不挤小朋友。
（三）教育幼儿不跟陌生人走，不吃陌生人给的东西。懂得不能随便离开成人或集体。
（四）教育幼儿不将手放在门缝间、桌子间、椅子间、以免挤伤。
（五）户外活动玩大型玩具时，做到不推不挤，一个一个跟着走，让幼儿互相监督，保证幼儿安全。
（六）教育幼儿不能碰电插座，不可以带小刀，在手工课剪纸时候注意安全，知道怎样正确的使用剪刀。
（七）教育幼儿不把纸团、扣子、拉链等塞到耳、鼻、嘴里。
（八）在教学活动中渗透有关的安全知识，让幼儿知道110、120、119紧急呼叫电话的号码和用途，遇到紧急情况，能呼叫求救，最大限度地消除不安全因素。
另外对于班里个别特殊的孩子我们也能给予特殊的照顾。如邓凯元小朋友，由于体质不是很好，很容易生病，还特别容易出汗，每天中午午睡时，老师要给他隔上毛巾，起床后要定时提醒他换衣服。另一方面，我们鼓励他积极参加体育锻炼，加强饮食的兴趣和进食量，现在邓凯元变得更加健康，更加活泼了。
三、每月有重点地开展安全教育活动
《幼儿园教育指导纲要》提出：“密切结合幼儿的生活进行安全、营养和保健教育，提高幼儿的自我保护意识和能力”依据这一精神，根据我们班的实际情况，每月我们班都有重点地开展安全教育活动，如九月是进行幼儿入园和离园的安全教育和指导，同时进行常规培训。十月是进行户外活动和使用大型器械的安全教育。十一月是进行咳嗽、打喷嚏的卫生健康教育，同时培养幼儿饭前便后及手脏时洗手的良好卫生习惯。十二月开展“不跟生人走”“干净食物人人爱”活动；并结合季节变化，引导幼儿知道天气冷时要注意适量运动，冬季防寒的具体措施。如此有计划地对幼儿进行安全教育，不仅提高了幼儿的安全意识和自我保护能力，还丰富了他们的安全知识。

2011年是我与全体教职工团结协作、奋力进取的又一年，在金宝贝幼儿园的发展历程中，也是令人难忘和值得自豪的一年。一年来，我园的发展规模不断壮大，保教质量更趋完善，社会声誉稳步提高。根据一年来的工作，我认真对照年初签定的园长工作责任书，逐条对照，认真核实，总结成绩，发现问题，现将一年的工作总结如下。
一、办园方向和管理机制
根据我园“十五”发展规划和本工作计划，我们继续深入贯彻教育方针和幼教两个法规，坚持保教并重的原则，以促进幼儿体智德美全面发展为目标，全面实施素质教育，不断深化幼儿园内部改革，使幼儿园各项工作尽显特色，求得发展。我园进一步规范以责任制为核心的现代化管理体制，努力优化幼儿园常规管理，坚持实施层层管理的组织网络。我与班子各成员之间切实做到通力协作、勤政廉洁、扎实高效，并对各部门、各岗位进行具体分工，责任到人，定期检查，常抓不懈，充分调动起每位教职工的积极性，发挥其潜能。
与此同时，我们进一步建立健全党政工团组织，充分发挥其合力作用，让其在幼儿园的改革与发展中，积极出谋划策，共同开展好园内各项工作，并使园内占有绝大多数的党团员切实发挥先锋模范作用和主力军作用，从而有效的带动全园教职工积极投身到幼教工作中。为加强学校民主管理，我们坚持定期召开教代会，园内重大事议由教代会或教职工大会共同商议，充分发挥教职工的民主管理和监督作用，鼓励他们主动参与学校管理，努力争做幼儿园主人。此外，我们进一步深入开展了行风建设“回头看”活动，全面推行园务公开，严格执行财务制度，按规定项目和标准收费，财产登记造册，资料齐全，自觉接受社会监督。
这一年，也是我园集团办园模式运转的一年，为此，我们继续深入研究集团办园的模式，通过挖掘金宝贝园优势，不断增强新园办园活力，加速新园发展。在幼儿园管理等方面，我们进一步加强用人制度改革，调整优化教职工队伍，对所有临时工进行了清理整顿，按学校需求重新雇佣季节临时工，并根据双向选择、换岗聘用、按劳取酬几个方面，继续实行全员聘任制、结构工资制，使教职工职、责、权、利进一步统一，有效促进和提高了工作效益。
二、队伍建设与管理
良好的班子集体能将教职工紧紧凝聚在一起，有效促进幼儿园各项工作的开展。在我们班子中，积极倡导一讲奉献、二讲创造性开展工作、三讲团队协作的三讲精神，并始终坚持把思想建设放在首位，坚持学习与交流。我坚持从自身做起，并带动全体班子成员积极参加各类进修学习，在政治修养、专业理论、文化技能、管理水平等方面严格要求自己，不断增强党性修养，认真学习教育管理理论，实施科学的工作方法，努力做好教职工的思想工作，成为幼教改革发展的领航人和教职工的贴心人。我们坚持把工作主阵地放在幼儿园教育教学改革的前沿阵地，定期深入班级，了解教师教育教学现状，及时将先进的教育理念、教改前沿信息动态传送到每一位教师，积极地进行教学改革，特别是在课程研究方面进行了初步的尝试，使幼儿园在课程改革中率先跨出了第一步。
我们进一步加强对青年干部队伍的培养与建设，努力挖掘一些优秀的青年充实到干部队伍中，并民主地下放有关职权，使其在部门中逐步担当起部分责任，独当一面，不断增强他们的组织、协调能力。经过一年的努力，又有多名青年教师向党组织递交了入党申请书，目前，我园一个敢于负责、扎实工作、讲究实效、团结协作的班子集体已逐步形成。
教师是现代教育中最活跃的因素，造就一支高素质的保教队伍是幼儿园开展工作的核心。为此，我们首先从教师职业道德入手，狠抓师德教育。我们深入开展了“一奉献两热爱”的活动，学习“捧着一颗心来、不带半根草去”的奉献精神和热爱幼儿、热爱幼教事业的高尚师德，通过园内一些先进人物和事迹的宣传，帮助教师不断改造自己的主观世界，做到敬业、爱业、精业、创业，教书育人，为人师表。其次，我们从优化教师个体素质入手，采用多种形式鼓励教师苦练基本功，从基础教育知识的熟悉到灵活运用教育实践，不断提高了教师教育教学能力。我们还要求教师不断更新教育观念，调整知识结构，加强教育技能改革，积极参加各级各类进修。目前，我园全体教职工学历均符合《规程》要求，35周岁以下的教师、保育员均参加学前教育大专学习，60%教师达大专学历，多人在进修学前教育本科。今年暑假，全体教师参加了幼儿教师培训培训，并与9月份起全部实行无纸备课。第三，我们注重进一步优化教师群体素质，在集团范围内定期开展形式多样的业务观摩、师徒帮教结对、教育研讨等教科研活动。此外，我们深入开展拜师结对活动，我们还努力创设舞台，有意把青年教师推上公开课讲台，有意把他们放到各类竞赛中“摔打”，有意引导她们参加教改实验。本，又有多名教师迅速成长起来，受到各级表彰。
三、环境创设
办园至今，我们一直力求给孩子们创设一种良好的教育环境。今年，我们根据幼儿园实际情况，进一步改善办园条件，在幼儿园经费并不宽裕的情况下，我们先后对音乐厅及玉龙分园进行改造，我们从孩子年龄出发，力求做到生活化、情趣化、艺术化和儿童化，尤其是在玉龙分园的改造上，我们进一步拓展了活动的空间，并设置成不同楼层各不相同的环境风格，使有限的空间中融入了孩子喜欢的各类形象而尽显生机，真正成为孩子心中的乐园。
在环境创设上，我们仍坚持创设一种有特色的教育环境，并遵循让孩子选择环境、创设环境的原则，让孩子主动参与到环境中来，从中受到教育。给予孩子充分的操作机会。该活动区的创设让幼儿有了更充分自主活动的空间，同时也是对幼儿进行爱家乡教育的一个不可多得的好教材。
在努力为幼儿创设良好物质环境的同时，我们也将心理环境的创设放在重要位置。我们要求每一位教职工从自身做起，把自己融入环境中，积极创设宽松、和谐、宽容、信任的人际关系，努力优化师幼关系、保教人员关系、教师与家长关系等。教师切实做到态度和蔼可亲，理解、尊重幼儿，使幼儿始终处于一种被尊重、被关爱、受鼓励的环境中，逐步形成活泼开朗的良好性格，迈开健全人格的第一步。
四、保教工作
切实提高幼儿园保教工作质量，是幼儿园提高整体办园水平的重要标志。一年来，我园在保教工作方面抓重点、求实效，使保教工作在原有水平上有所突破。
一年的工作中，我们取得了一定的成绩，也存在着一些不足；既得到了社会及家长的肯定，也不断进行自我反思。在2012年工作中我们将进一步加强科研的研究和课程改革；增强与家长之间的联系，完善家园工作；深入对幼儿艺术特色教育的探讨，使幼儿真正走进艺术世界中，共同培育祖国新一代花朵。
